But have you heard about this igloo café in Kashmir?

Yes Igloo café. Apparently this 37.5 feet tall café in Gulmarg is claims to be world’s largest igloo café existing right now.

And this café according to its owner (Syed Wasim Shah) can serve 40 people at a time. With its traditional Kashmiri cuisines, wall carvings and art space this café hold every reason to visit for all travel enthusiasts.

It is believed that to build this café approx 25 people have been worked day and night and completed this structure in 64 days.

According to shah(owner)and quoted by shah “I saw this concept in Switzerland a few years back where they have such hotels, which are equipped with sleeping facilities as well. I thought Gulmarg sees a lot of snow, and why not start this concept here.”

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the largest igloo café existing right now is in Switzerland with height of 33.8 feet and diameter 42.4 feet. Whereas this café has diameter is 44.5 feet and height 37.5 feet.
