Khardungla challenge is the marathon oragnised by ladakh marathon. It is a 72 metra race at an atlitude of 17,618 ft. this race is not for faint-hearted people.

The entire route for this marathon is divided into 4 stages. first from khardungla village to khardungla top which is like a stretch of 32.2 kms.then second stage is  from Khardungla Top to South Pulu which is agin 14.3 kms.and the thrird stage is from  South Pulu toMendakMor covering the stratch of  12.1 km. And then comes the final stage which is from fromMendakMor to Leh Market.These entire four stages are covered in the span of 14 hours.

Now let’s note few points if you want to join this race

• The race is schedule to begin on September 10, 2021 at 3 am
• The reporting date and time is September 9, 2021 at the Ladakh Marathon Hub.
• From there they’ll have a homestay at khardungla village which is also a starting point
• Registration fees for the participants is rs 11000 p.p
• water, energy drinks and healthy snacks are provided at every 5 kms
