Refund & Cancellation Policy – FAQs

1. What are the cancellation policies at THRILL BLAZER?
   – We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry. Our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
2. Cancellation made before 30 Days – 90% Refund
   Cancellation made within 21-29 Days – 75% Refund
   Cancellation made within 15-19 Days – 50% Refund
   Cancellation made within 14 Days – No Refund
   — If train tickets are involved then the train ticket refund amount from IRCTC will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days. and the remaining amount will be credited to the thrill wallet.
   — If train tickets are not involved then a full refund in the thrill wallet.
3. Tickets Cancellation Charges + Agent Charges will cost extra Amount paid towards GST will not be refunded (total GST)
4. How do I cancel if I booked at THRILL BLAZER?
   – Our Cancellation process is very simple. You may apply online to cancel your seat through this page Booking History or call us at 94299 49970 between 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM on any working day. Alternatively, you may email us at bookings@thrillblazers.in for any assistance.
5. How much time does the process of refund take at THRILL BLAZER?
   – Your refund amount will be credited to your Thrill Wallet within 72 working hours after the cancellation date.
6. In which mode my amount will be refunded?
   -If train tickets are involved then the train ticket refund amount from IRCTC will be credited to your bank account 30 days after the trip completion date. and the remaining amount will be credited to thrill wallet
   – If train tickets are not involved then a full refund in the thrill wallet
7. I want to reschedule my booking for a different date.
   – Rescheduling dates within the same trip – 25% of trip charges. – Subject to availability*
   – If rescheduling is with respect to a short duration trip(i.e less than 7 days),
   and if such a rescheduling request is made at the last moment (i.e less than 15 days )
   then such rescheduling requests will be dealt with according to the cancellation policy because such rescheduling change is not achievable at any cost.

NOTE

• With respect to amount paid as a booking token i.e Rs 500, in case of cancellation will be non-refundable in nature.
• The amount of thrill wallet won’t be Transferable.
• If the participants choose to reschedule their trip then he/she by default relinquishes the right to cancel such trek/trip.
• Thrill Wallet amount cannot be used for ticket bookings purposes.
