- Trek or trip will only be considered as booked when an email confirmation is given.
- If the participant has booked a trek/trip or any kind of other services from THRILL BLAZER, it will be assumed that they have read our entire terms and conditions and are agreed with it unconditionally and unanimously.
- All kind of adventure activities are complementary in nature whether or not included in the package thus in case of bad weather conditions or changes in any other factor outside the control of Thrillblazers, if any activity gets cancelled then Thrillblazers will not liable to provide any kind of refund in any form.
- THRILL BLAZERS reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip/trek or part of the trip/trek under the circumstances and events that are beyond our control and any cost arising from such circumstances or event shall be borne by the participant if possible then such cost will be intimated in advance or during the trip.
- THRILL BLAZER reserves the right to change, modify and update its itinerary concerning prevailing travel conditions and requirements. And if the trek/trip carried on with such changed, updated or modified itinerary then participants are assumed to have agreed to such changes.
- THRILL BLAZER holds no responsibility to provide a detailed breakup of the cost involved in determining package price.
- Carrying a copy of the e-ticket is mandatory for the trekker/traveller and, THRILL BLAZER will not be held responsible for the scenario if the trekker /traveller fail to do the same. Also, it will be the responsibility of participants to present/themselves to board at transportation medium on time like boarding Buses, Trains, or Flights. THRILL BLAZERS will not be responsible with participants fails to do so.
- If train tickets, flight tickets, bus or any other mode of transport is involved then, in that case, any kind of charges deducted by the third party has to be borne by the participants and the refund amount will be provided after deducting such cost.
- It will be the responsibility of the participants to carry all the mandatory documents in both original and copy. And he/she will also be responsible to submit 1 additional copy of such documents with THRILL BLAZERS. If participants fail to do so and such behaviour will release THRILL BLAZERS from any kind of consequences that arises from such behaviour.
- Any kind of disability of whether mental or physical should be disclosed at the time of booking, of both your as well as of your companions or on whose behalf you are booking the trek/trip.
- If the participant fails to provide such disclosure then the THRILL BLAZERS reserve all right to immediately terminate his/her trek or trip with full cancellation at his or her sole expense irrespective of the stage of the trip if such individual creates any kind of hazard to any member of the trip/trek.
- The trekking capacity of a person differs from person to person and it is not the responsibility of THRILL BLAZERS if an individual is unable to cope up with the level of difficulty on a trek. We are not the medical expert hence it will be your responsibility to get any medical advice or vaccination before the trip/ trek.
- Trekking, Peak climbing and mountaineering etc involve an inherent risk to the life and property of both Parties. The change in weather causing injury or any other damage is beyond the control of THRILL BLAZERS, we will do our best to reduce all type of risk and discomfort to the best of our ability but there might be chances of accidents and deficiency in service.
- No refund will be provided if the participant leaves the trip/trek after the trek/trip has begun or if any amenity has not been utilized irrespective of the reason.
- THRILL BLAZERS will not be responsible for any kind of loss of luggage or any other document or item owned by the participant during the trek/trip irrespective of the cause.
- In group travel, you are expected to behave in a manner that is acceptable in a group and THRILL BLAZERS reserves all right to terminate your trip if your behaviour causes discomfort to the other co-travellers or damage to the property without subject to reason or justification along with the penalty for any kind of damage.
- The final decision regarding trek/trip, allocation of accommodation, any other things or any matter affecting the safety or well being of participants is of the group leader/instructor and will be binding on all the participants.
- THRILL BLAZERS tries its best to provide amenities to participants but it is expected that participants will also have the understanding that trekking is an adventure activity so they might not get such amenities that they are accustomed to, at their home and also expected to possess patience, enthusiasm and preparedness for compromise during the trip/trek.
- Adventure travelling involves some degree of personal risk it may be concerning places to be a visit or political, cultural or geographical aspect attached to it, by booking with THRILL BLAZERS it is assumed that the participants are aware of the risk involved in the trip/trek and releases THRILL BLAZERS from all claims and causes of action arising from such inherent risks.
- THRILL BLAZERS do not control or operate any airline, hotel, restaurant, tourist attraction, transport, or any other facility or service mentioned in and therefore any changes made in the schedule of such organization will not be made THRILL BLAZERS to be answerable.
- All the participants are expected to pay the whole package amount before the trip day.
- Smoking or drinking or consumption of alcoholic substance e.g. weed, hash, etc. in the transport vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- All the participants should be in the same transport vehicle during and throughout the trip/trek. If a participant fails to do the same then THRILL BLAZERS will not be responsible for any kind of consequences.
